ADVANCED SPARRING CLASS

Our Advanced Sparring Class is for those who would like to spar, compete, and/or fine tune their boxing skills.

Members must attend a FIT Class and be cleared by a coach PRIOR to advancing to this class.

Ages 16+

BEGINNER SPARRING CLASS

Our Beginner Sparring Class is designed for those ready for sparring but who want to dip their toe in the ring before moving to our Advanced Sparring Class.

Members must attend a FIT Class and be cleared by a coach PRIOR to advancing to this class.

Ages 16+

Fighter in Training (FIT) CLASS

*Best to start in this class!*

In this class, you can expect to learn the fundamentals of boxing, bag work, mitt work, drills, exercises and more.

You will train in many of the same cardio and strength training exercises that our competitive boxers do, but without getting hit.

Ages 16+

Personal Training

Coach Mitch offers one on one or buddy training for those wanting a more personalized experience. This time is tailored to your needs and includes a personalized diet plan if needed. 

Ages 16+

Youth Boxing Classes

All of our Youth Boxing Classes are on a WAITLIST.

The Youth Boxing Class is perfect for ages 8 to 15.
